Responsibilities:
- To conceive and deliver effective CRM journeys.
- To manage the promotional onsite content.
- To assist the Head of Casino and Sportsbook Manager in conceiving and delivering promotional campaigns.
- To write promotional content for Sports and Casino.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Content/CRM role.
- Basic knowledge of the CRM lifecycles.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of sports and gambling in general.
- Outstanding written English skills. (English Mother Tongue preferred).
- Experience in using CMS systems.
- Previous experience in using CRM systems, previous experience in using Symplify is considered a plus.
- A team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexible working shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a can-do attitude to solve problems & think outside the box.
