Hiring for an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic CRM Executive. 

You will support the CRM Manager in delivering promotional campaigns and marketing activity for all player groups across multiple touchpoints for seven brands.You will work with the CRM team to incentivise and entice, develop and increase the loyalty of their players across the brands, optimizing existing promotions, developing knowledge of Customer behaviour and patterns through analysis and learning how to optimize bonus expenditure.


Reporting to the CRM Manager and work closely with a highly engaged senior management team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the CRM Manager to plan, organize, execute and analyse promotional and lifecycle campaigns to the current customer database across all sites.
  • Work with the CRM team to implement the promotional strategy, ensuring campaigns are within budget ensuring a positive return on investment.
  • Work alongside the rest of the CRM team in planning and managing content on all aspects of the product through CMS tools.
  • Working with the promotions manager to take full responsibility of certain aspects of bingo marketing including games road maps and their introduction through go to market plans.
  • Work alongside multiple stakeholders across various locations to ensure requirements are met across campaigns and player groups.
  • Assisting the CRM Manager in analysing and reporting on KPI’s with full campaign analysis for each promotion enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity.
  • Regular reviews of competitor promotions and best practice.

 

Requirements:

  • Business-oriented with focus on marketing & CRM, analytics and communications
  • Strong analytical, numerical & presentation skills
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Fast Track or Optimove software preferable
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Experience:

  • A real team player accustomed to working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in CRM campaign tools and content management systems essential.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to developing excellent campaigns across multiple player groups.
  • Solid copy writing experience.
  • A keen interest in Online Gaming. Previous experience in casino and bingo advantageous but not essential.
