Digital & Affiliate Manager

The principle objective is to drive commercial revenues from our b2b website or any other derivative of our brand.


Revenue Generation:

  • Ensure the website inventory is understood and drives optimal revenue.
  • Ensure that we partner with appropriate 3rd parties to exploit any advertising revenue opportunities for our commercial advantage.
  • Identify any further commercial opportunities i.e., Sponsorship, partner promotions and create compelling opportunities and implement on our websites, apps, social platforms.
  • Ensure that all affiliate revenue is reported, managed, and exploited – and that all contracts are proactively managed.
  • Better exploit existing affiliates via Tenancy, rev share, new account set up agreements.
  • Develop a plan for new affiliates.
  • Create a rate card that identifies the most and least valuable areas on the site. 

Development of Digital Channels:

  • Ensure the website and App’s are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the different territories where our products are heavily sold and embedded.
  • Ensure that the customer journey and customer experience is clear, optimal and competitive.
  • Ownership of website and App new features, testing and promoting to live in conjunction with our 3rd party provider.
  • Ensure the website can incorporate and on-board new products and results as we develop our product portfolio.
  • Ensure that we have specific landing pages to optimise opportunities by Audience and territory.


  • Provide a reporting pack on relevant performance of website and Apps (financial, analytics, supplier performance).


Content Management Strategy:

  • Support Marketing Customer Activation Manager to implement a content strategy for the website and Apps


  • All partner deals, terms and conditions, onboarding.
  • Reporting and analysis of commercial revenues month on month.
  • The roadmap for our site – and how we will develop the website and App’s to optimise the customer experience and to onboard new products and features.
  • Monthly analytics reporting of the Website and App’s.
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure that our Brand remains protected.
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure that any product related marketing is updated and implemented via our digital platforms.
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure that where necessary any social campaigns are included on the website where appropriate.



  • This role is suitable for someone who can develop a strategy to take our website and revenues to the next level whilst exploiting any existing any immediate opportunities.
  • Already hold existing affiliate experience and relationships within the iGaming industry.
  • Be able to demonstrate effective relationship building with new revenue-generating partners to creatively optimise commercial opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to forge effective relationships with 3rd party suppliers, commercial partners, and internal departments.
