Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a senior/strategic engineering leadership role, with over 10 years in engineering roles.
- Technical Expertise: Solid background in software engineering, particularly in high-load transactional systems, and familiarity with cloud platforms and front-end frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven experience in nurturing and coaching engineering leaders, coupled with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Preference for experience in the gaming industry and a strong understanding of agile practices.
