The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sport, an understanding of Sports Betting, and a proven track record of delivering hiring solutions for iGaming specific clients, maximising company profitability.
Salary: Negotiable ~ Commission focused.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience as a Headhunter/Recruiter (ideally in iGaming).
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
- Extensive network of iGaming contacts (candidates and clients).
- International Recruitment experience (Asia being advantagous).
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent written skills.
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independantly and thrive in challenging moments.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates by means of market research and headhunting, as well as continuous talent management.
- Prescreen and brief candidates on clients and job specifications.
- Continue to grow client and candidate portfolio through networking.
- Work productively to ensure that targets are met.
