The candidate would be an active part of establishing and initiating the relations with the Italian clients, both operators and aggregators - this will include pre-sales and pre-go live activities but will focus on Account Management and promotional tasks.

This role will be remote temporarily, and in Malta once we ?nd a new base there.

You must be a ?uent Italian speaker for this role and happy for the role to be primarily o?ce based.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and be the interface between the customer accounts and the company.
  • Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives maximizing long/short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship, and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the company’s gaming solutions o?erings.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of their gaming solutions in line with  customer needs and objectives.
  •  
  • Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant.
  • Building and maintaining genuine, strong long-lasting customer relationships on all levels.
  • Participating in, and where appropriate taking active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars on behalf of the business.
  • Please note you will also have some non-Italian accounts to manage until the Italian market is big enough for this to be the primary function of this role.

You will work closely with:
The account managers, promo team, and Head of Account Management, who will also  line manage this role.

 

Requirements:

  • Native Fluency or Business Fluency in Italian.
  • Experience of working in the iGaming industry.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or others as relevant to the role.
  • Experience in working with/organizing promotions.
  • Experience of campaign management, including monthly reporting on campaign success.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers with di?erent needs while paying strict attention to details.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with a high degree of discipline and initiative-taking.
