Responsibilities:
- Architectural Guidance: Provide support to all teams within the Group, offering architectural guidance and participating in team meetings as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to prioritize short- and long-term initiatives, focusing on in-house solutions while understanding the global context.
- Alignment and Support: Ensure all initiatives align with the overall technical vision and support Development Teams, People Leads, and Product Managers in technical decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in decision-making with key stakeholders, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
- Design and Review: Contribute to design reviews to ensure adherence to established guidelines, identifying refactoring needs for technical debt, performance, and security.
- Architecture Governance: Help formalize architecture governance principles, establishing guidelines on integration patterns, data storage, and other technical concerns.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance, being a technology leader within the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience with large scale/high load platforms.
- Extensive experience in .Net C#, SQL, both in-house hosted and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with payment solutions and different payment methods.
- Understanding of security and regulatory requirements for payment transactions.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
