Currently, we are looking for you to join as a Tech Lead, in Lisbon Portugal or Sofia Bulgaria.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading and managing development teams and will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of software development projects within the company, focusing on helping their team to active the goals and at the same time measuring the team’s velocity, identifying the bottlenecks and help the team to evolve technically.
Responsibilities:
- Technical and functional training of new employees/developers of company, including mentoring for professional development.
- Participation in defining the architecture of systems, evaluating technologies and new trends.
- Assume the responsibility for projects and working together with the Product Owner (PO) in defining priorities, monitoring tasks and final delivery of the product.
- Assistance in the analysis and functional and technical definition of activities to be carried out by other employees/developers.
- Control the progress of tasks and any impediment that hinders the development of tables.
- Use of "JIRA" or any other activity control tool defined for project control.
- Execution of code review of deliveries made by other developers.
- Systems development using mainly ".NET" languages.
- Application of Test Driven Development (TDD) concept with development of unit tests and Code versioning using GIT and following Branch Scheme of the projects (git flow or other Branch Scheme defined for the project).
Requirements:
- Experience with programming .NET applications.
- Good knowledge in MS SQL.
- Experience in system administration, mainly Windows systems.
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant work experience as Team Lead in software development projects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on own tasks.
